Jim Zipursky is a seasoned investment banker and M&A advisor specializing in representing buyers and sellers of lower middle-market companies, typically with revenues ranging from $10 million to $200 million. With decades of experience, Jim has built a reputation for working closely with founder-operated and owner-operated businesses, guiding them through complex transactions with clarity, integrity, and long-term perspective.

Jim is the Managing Director of Corporate Finance Associates (CFA) Omaha and serves as Chairman & CEO of CFA Worldwide, a global M&A advisory firm focused on helping entrepreneurs and business owners navigate mergers, acquisitions, and exits. His work spans a wide range of industries, and he has extensive experience representing European and Asian buyers seeking acquisitions in the United States.

In addition to his advisory work, Jim is a board member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Nebraska chapter and a member of the International Business Law Consortium (IBLC), collaborating with legal and financial professionals across borders on complex international transactions.

Jim holds Series 79 and Series 63 securities licenses and is a registered representative with Silver Oak Securities, Inc., a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA/SIPC. (Silver Oak Securities, Inc. and Corporate Finance Associates are unrelated entities.)
