As a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and consulting CFO, Mark has been building, investing in, and advising startups since 2010.  He’s founded several consulting practices and cofounded both a SaaS company (successful exit) and a subscription box business (failed). 

In his current day job, Mark owns and operates SPRCHRGR to provide finance and accounting resources and leadership to hundreds of growing startups, small businesses, and nonprofits.  He also keeps busy in a multitude of diverse yet related additional roles, including startup board member & advisor, Treasurer of Women Founders Network Foundation, university guest lecturer, volunteer mentor to entrepreneurs through local accelerator and incubator programs, and crypto-curious dabbler.  As a professional operator and consultant, Mark has overseen finance and operations functions for a myriad of businesses in Advertising, Alternative Energy, Apparel, Architecture, Automotive, Banking, Blockchain + Cryptocurrency, Consumer Products, Content Management, Digital Media, Delivery Services, E-Commerce, Entertainment, Fashion, Fitness, Food, Hospitality, Internet & Information Technology, Market Research, Marketplace Technology, Nonprofit, Real Estate, Retail, Restaurant, SaaS, Telecommunications, Mobile Apps, New Media, and other industries.
