Dametric Burnett serves as the Chief Operating Officer of S&K Building Services, helping lead one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. His career started far from the boardroom, beginning as an entry-level window cleaner in central Illinois, and he has been climbing (and cleaning) ever since.

Passionate about honest business, people-first leadership, and building platforms that actually change lives, Dametric believes success is not just about growth but about impact. His philosophy is simple: lead with integrity, stay loyal to your principles, and always leave things better than you found them, preferably without any streaks.

Outside of work, Dametric is a proud new father and somehow balances traveling, writing, public speaking, gaming, volunteering, and trying to convince himself that landscaping is a hobby and not just more yard work.
