Brandon Martini is an aviation entrepreneur, commercial pilot, and operator who has spent the last decade building and scaling businesses across the flight training ecosystem. With experience spanning student lending, flight school ownership and operations, aircraft maintenance, and national aviation events, Brandon brings a rare, end-to-end understanding of what it takes to grow sustainable aviation businesses.

As Co-CEO of Stratus Financial, Brandon has helped expand access to pilot training across the United States, partnering with more than 430 flight schools in 38 states. His work includes developing innovative funding models, supporting future securitizations, and providing operational guidance that helps both students and flight schools succeed in an increasingly complex industry.

Beyond finance, Brandon is deeply hands-on. He has built aviation businesses from the ground up—running day-to-day flight school operations, creating Part 141 programs, writing SOPs, advising founders, and forming national partnerships. Known for his execution-focused approach, Brandon is driven by solving real-world problems for operators and helping the aviation industry move forward.

At his core, Brandon is passionate about the aviation community. He enjoys flying, mentoring, teaching, and building programs that elevate the next generation of pilots and aviation leaders. Outside of work, he can often be found at a hangar, hosting a podcast, or sharing ideas over a good bottle of wine with friends.
