Bill Carmody is a serial entrepreneur, global coach, keynote speaker, and advocate for abundance. With over 25 years of leadership experience, he has built and successfully exited three multimillion-dollar companies, guided more than 100,000 coaches worldwide, and continues to redefine what it means to live and lead with purpose.

From standing next to Tony Robbins at the NASDAQ opening bell to speaking onstage after Sir Richard Branson, Bill has become a sought-after voice on entrepreneurship, leadership, and mental fitness. His work helped more than 100,000 coaches around the world become mentally fit through Positive Intelligence’s global coaching grant program.

His wife Elena and son Will join along the way as the family documents their shared adventure in global learning and connection.

In addition to coaching and speaking, Bill continues to offer:

  1. Marketing Support – Immediate strategy and execution consulting with his team.

  2. Executive Coaching – Personalized leadership coaching beginning July 2026.

  3. Keynote Speaking – Available for conferences worldwide (schedule on BillCarmody.com).

Bill is passionate about mental fitness, diversity, and conscious leadership. As a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Ally-in-Training and father of a transgender child, he advocates for a world built on empathy, understanding, and human connection.

He’s also a testament to the power of transformation — having lost 85 pounds, finished an Ironman triathlon, and cultivated a life of daily practices rooted in gratitude, discipline, and joy.
