Dusty Holcomb is the Founder & CEO of The Arcqus Group, an executive coaching and leadership consulting firm that empowers leaders to reach their highest potential through principles-centered leadership. The Arcqus Group specializes in CEO mentoring, executive coaching, vision and strategy planning, and leadership team building, guiding clients to clarify their mission, overcome challenges, and lead with authenticity and purpose.

Dusty holds a BBA from Columbus State University, an MBA from Auburn University, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. His governance experience includes serving as an Independent Director and Compensation Committee Chair for HeroWearExo, a pioneer in wearable exoskeleton technology, and as a Board Director for BESCO Inc., a leader in electrical contracting and construction. He also advises multiple private for-profit and nonprofit boards on strategy, leadership, and growth.

A dedicated advocate for board excellence, Dusty is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Private Directors Association (PDA). He has been a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) since 2018 and was a Vistage member for 15 years, reflecting his commitment to lifelong personal and professional development.

Outside of his professional life, Dusty is an avid sportsman, triathlete, and five-time Ironman finisher. He resides with his family in Charlotte, NC, and is deeply passionate about leadership, continuous learning, and making a positive impact on others.
