Guest Info

Mike Jerman is a former Air Force Captain turned entrepreneur, CPA, and leader who has built a career at the intersection of finance, discipline, and entrepreneurship. He began his professional journey at PwC, rising to Director in the audit and deal diligence practice, where he advised on large-scale transactions across the U.S., Europe, India, and China.

In 2017, driven by a desire to spend more time with family and take on new challenges, Mike made the leap into entrepreneurship. He co-founded Hollywell Partners, a boutique CPA and advisory firm, where he wore every hat — from CEO to IT support — in its early days. Under his leadership, Hollywell grew to a 40-person firm serving private equity clients before being acquired by a larger group. Today, Hollywell sits under the Mera brand, a 400+ person practice, where Mike continues to lead and scale operations.

Mike is known for his all-in mindset, his commitment to family as the core of life, and his belief that health must be non-negotiable for founders. A teacher and mentor in the ETA (Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition) community, he shares candid insights with aspiring and current entrepreneurs about what it truly takes to build and grow a firm from scratch.

Outside of work, Mike is a lifelong soccer fan (and loyal Liverpool supporter), a dedicated husband and father, and a lover of books, board games, and family time at home.
