Daniel Saks is the co-founder of AppDirect, a leading subscription commerce platform approaching a $1B revenue run rate, and the founder of Landbase, an AI-driven go-to-market company recently backed by Ashton Kutcher’s Sound Ventures with a $30M Series A.

Daniel’s entrepreneurial journey began in Niagara Falls, Canada, where he grew up in his family’s 100-year-old furniture store. When the business shut down during the Great Recession, he saw firsthand how vulnerable traditional businesses could be — and was inspired to build tools that would empower a new generation of digital entrepreneurs. That vision led him to co-found AppDirect, now with over 1,200 employees serving millions of businesses worldwide.

With Landbase, Daniel is tackling one of the biggest pain points in business today: growth. The company is pioneering AI models purpose-built for go-to-market, helping organizations find their next customers faster and smarter.

A passionate advocate for vision and conviction in entrepreneurship, Daniel also speaks openly about the importance of balance, health, and family. Now based in California, he lives with his wife and two young children, while continuing to lead companies at the forefront of technology transitions.
