Graham Topol is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of MGT Insurance, an applied AI company focused on solving complex problems in commercial property and casualty insurance and improving the insurance experience for small businesses.

Graham began his career in investment banking in New York before joining the office of the COO at Morgan Stanley, where he developed a deep interest in using technology to make financial institutions more efficient. He later moved into investing, focusing on technology-driven financial services businesses, before attending Stanford and gaining firsthand experience inside the insurance industry.

Today, Graham leads MGT alongside his brother, combining technology, AI, and insurance to better serve America’s small business owners. Outside of work, he is a new father, husband, avid reader, soccer player, and fitness enthusiast who believes great leadership requires knowing when to take off the founder hat and give the right energy to the things that matter most.
