Guest Info

Ken Salazar is a fintech entrepreneur, revenue strategist, and payments industry leader with more than two decades of experience scaling businesses across card-based payments and digital commerce infrastructure.

Ken began his career in investment banking during the early 2000s tech bust, where he gained firsthand exposure to corporate restructuring and capital markets. He later transitioned into the payments space, where he built and scaled high-growth merchant services platforms focused on serving small to mid-sized businesses.

As Founder and CEO of SilverEdge, Ken transformed the company into a leading value-added reseller (VAR) in the payments ecosystem before its acquisition by Madwire in 2018. After a five-year non-compete and deep immersion in fintech innovation, he reacquired SilverEdge and is now repositioning it to modernize B2B payments and remove friction from how businesses pay and get paid.

From 2019 to 2024, Ken served as Investor and Chief Revenue Officer at BillGO, where he helped drive substantial growth, securing strategic partnerships with major financial institutions and MegaTech companies. Throughout his career, Ken has participated in scaling revenue across multiple go-to-market channels and has built strong customer acquisition engines serving both SMBs and Fortune 100 enterprises.

Beyond his executive roles, Ken is an active contributor on several boards, including the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Resurrection Christian School, and Victory Bank.

At his core, Ken is driven by impact — building businesses that create value, strengthen communities, and leave a meaningful legacy.
