He currently serves as the CEO of Engage Wellness and the COO of One Pacific Financial Strategies, where he helps employers, business owners, and families create stronger futures through financial planning, employee wellness programs, and long-term strategic guidance.

Rick began his career in mergers and acquisitions, working with Daimler, the parent company of Mercedes-Benz, where he played a role in major manufacturing integrations and operational expansions across the United States. This early exposure to high-level business strategy, process design, and leadership shaped his approach to scaling organizations and solving complex challenges.

After leaving corporate life, Rick moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, where he built a financial services practice from scratch into one of the largest firms in the region. Following a successful exit, he later helped launch One Pacific Financial Strategies, bringing together experienced professionals to deliver a higher-touch, client-centered advisory model.

Driven by a deeper mission around prevention and quality of life, Rick also founded Engage Wellness, a company focused on helping employers improve employee health outcomes while unlocking valuable tax incentives tied to wellness initiatives.
