Bart Davis is the Co-Founder and CEO of 512 Financial, a fractional finance and operations firm based in Austin, Texas, helping growing companies manage accounting, finance, talent, and operational infrastructure as they scale.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Texas, Bart brings more than 12 years of experience in software industry finance, including work on capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and scaling venture-backed companies. His career began at PwC, where he worked as an Assurance Associate, auditing companies and building the technical accounting foundation that would later support his leadership in high-growth environments.

After leaving public accounting, Bart partnered with experienced entrepreneurs to build and manage shared finance and accounting operations for software companies preparing for growth and eventual exit. Following the successful sale of those businesses, he launched 512 Financial to bring the same model to a broader market of founders and growing companies.

Bart holds both a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University.

Today, he focuses on helping founders build strong financial infrastructure so they can scale efficiently, make better strategic decisions, and prepare their businesses for long-term success. Outside of work, Bart enjoys sports, travel, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
