Guest Info

Cindy Grabowski is a seasoned Clinical Affairs Executive with 30 years of medical device research experience. Throughout her distinguished career, she has spearheaded evidence generation strategies for multiple MedTech companies.

As Founder and Chief Pathfinder of Mind Grove, Cindy is addressing a critical industry need by creating the first skills-based training platform specifically designed for MedTech professionals. Recognizing that 80% of U.S. medical device companies are small to mid-sized businesses facing extended commercialization timelines and increased collaboration demands, she assembled a collaborative team of 35 industry experts to develop comprehensive training across six essential non-engineering career pathways: Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Data Management, Reimbursement, and Marketing. Mind Grove serves as the industry’s committed partner, providing the structured, cross-functional education that doesn’t exist today—demonstrating companies’ investment in their employees’ growth while developing more well-rounded leaders. The platform also plays a vital role in bringing awareness to these six amazing career pathways, inspiring the next generation to consider rewarding opportunities in MedTech beyond traditional engineering roles.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Cindy has learned that prioritizing her health and overall wellness is fundamental to being her best self in all aspects of life. This commitment to personal well-being has made her a better leader, wife, mother, family member, friend, and human being. She believes that true success comes not just from career achievements, but from maintaining the balance and self-care necessary to show up fully for the people and causes that matter most.
