Brad McGinnity is a SaaS revenue leader, startup operator, and growth strategist who has spent his career building early-stage software companies from the ground up. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Tithely, Brad leads revenue strategy for one of the largest fintech platforms serving churches and nonprofits globally.
Brad’s entrepreneurial journey began while earning his MBA, when he cofounded Windsor Circle, a marketing analytics platform. Since then, he has joined multiple startups at critical early stages, helping companies scale from concept to meaningful market traction.
Across his career, Brad has participated in over $110 million in fundraising across 10+ rounds, contributing as a cofounder, board member, VP of Sales, and CRO. His expertise spans sales leadership, marketing strategy, capital raising, and organizational planning, with a deep understanding of how early-stage companies transition into scalable, revenue-generating businesses.
