Guest Info

Maria Walley is the Co-Founder of Creatium, an AI-powered platform designed to create interactive learning and coaching experiences that strengthen human skills rather than replace human thinking.

Entrepreneurship has been part of Maria’s life from an early age. Her father was an entrepreneur who later served as President of Bandwidth.com and played an influential role in the company’s journey toward becoming publicly traded. Maria entered the startup world herself in her twenties, co-founding Candidly and participating in Techstars in 2016, where she met her current Creatium co-founder.

Creatium emerged during the pandemic after Maria and her co-founder saw firsthand the limitations of online education. What began as a tool for K-12 educators evolved into workforce training and AI-powered coaching, with a focus on using technology to challenge people, develop human skills, and make one-on-one coaching more accessible. Maria is also a mother of three boys and believes strongly in creating systems that allow career, family, health, and entrepreneurship to coexist.
