Josh Bowling is an entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and founder of The Eve Group, where he works alongside founder-led businesses to develop growth strategies, identify operational challenges, build execution plans, and prepare for outside investment or sustainable growth.
His entrepreneurial journey spans nearly three decades and multiple industries. After beginning his career at Arthur Andersen, Josh left shortly before the Enron scandal brought down the global firm—an experience that permanently changed his definition of risk and strengthened his belief in betting on himself. He went on to build, operate, turn around, and advise businesses across construction, healthcare, coworking, technology, music, and fintech.
Today, Josh combines his background in finance and operations with decades of hands-on entrepreneurial experience to advise growing companies. Outside of business, he is a husband, father of three, avid reader, and strong advocate for mindfulness, health, intentional living, and prioritizing family throughout the entrepreneurial journey.
