Kyle Clements is the Founder and CEO of  QuipliAttachment.tiff, a leading equipment rental software platform helping independent rental companies across the United States and Canada modernize their operations through cloud-based technology and AI-powered solutions.

Kyle’s entrepreneurial journey began while studying civil engineering in college, when he realized he was more passionate about building businesses than bridges. At 22, he co-founded his first startup, a recycled outdoor products company, which ultimately failed—but sparked a lifelong commitment to entrepreneurship.

Determined to learn before launching another venture, Kyle spent nearly a decade as an early employee at three venture-backed startups: Zubie, Clutch, and Uber. Experiencing multiple acquisitions and Uber’s IPO gave him firsthand insight into scaling high-growth technology companies and prepared him to build his own.

In 2020, after identifying a major gap in the equipment rental industry, Kyle founded Quipli to help independent rental businesses compete with larger national brands through modern software. Under his leadership, Quipli has become a trusted platform for rental operators looking to streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and embrace AI-driven innovation.

Outside of work, Kyle is an avid runner and Ironman finisher who believes endurance sports have profoundly shaped his leadership philosophy. A husband and father of three daughters, he is passionate about building a sustainable life where family, health, and entrepreneurship work together rather than compete. His philosophy is simple: great businesses are built the same way great endurance races are run—by staying focused, trusting the process, and maintaining a pace you can sustain for the long run.
